This offering is very tentative, as I'm trying to come to grips with early Tibetan coins myself.
The right hand side is the obverse and around the petals are wavy lines. The left hand side is the reverse with three dot repetitions between the petals.
This denotes a type D Ga-den Tangka.
I have to admit that (apart from very early Arabic type coins) I've found these really hard to pin down and date to any accuracy.
And that is as far as it goes. Hope this helps in some amateurish way.
