I had lighten the photos to show the details better on the post. The bills are normal colors. As for the corners, I totally agree with you. No effort has been made to correct them manually!! This is going to be your call at the end of the day when it's graded and what is going to bring the most amount of $'s out of what you have. Good luck. This smear is by the district number 12 on all the notes ending 001, 101 to 901 (every 100 notes). Normally you see this type on thing on the 1st note in the brick and can be attributed to when they put the strap on, but this looks like a different issue. Has anyone run into this in a BEP sealed brick? Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

The BEP wants me to send these notes (2009 series) in for their review and examination. This may take a while with them as it took 2 weeks for them to make this request from me and am in the process of getting all the info from them for the submission and return of the notes back to me. (In the dream, the bottom half of the note was printed like the following note, but the top half of the note was blank.) Today, I found this ink smear note. It's circulated & worn. I think it's real because the color of the deep green ink smear is identical to the deep green ink of the rest of the note. I'm surprised nobody pulled it out of circulation earlier. Opinions?
