I think I see notching on the 98. Thoughts?

Sorry, but no, this isn't the DDO. Also, I see no sign of notching.

The big one for this year shows a lot more thickness and spread. You coin is normal/thin device example. Notching affects the entire device not just an area that may have received a bag mark.
