In perusing my copy of Baker's "Medallic Portraits of Washington" I don't see one like it. Virtually all of the early Washington medals are listed therein. The die work, low relief, of your medal suggests to me that it was struck for commercial use; perhaps, a watch fob or the like that was sold at some historic site as a souvenir? I'd venture that it's a mid-20th century medal.
