ahhh that's better!

that is called an off center error(kinda like the coin) and is not worth much if anything over face because none of the design is missing(also like the coin)

always cool to find dollars with any kind of error, and at a buck each, you're not losing much by keeping it

when I cut paper down at work that far off center.. I get yelled at LOL

have worked in regular print shops for over 20 years.. not at a mint

ran printing presses for about 19 of those, now I'm mainly running a paper knife and folders

Bills are somewhat similar to coins in perspective of errors and how valuable they get. Coin errors are valued at how off they are from what they are supposed to be. Bills are valued by the same factor, but you start getting into the bigger numbers once you get fractions of other bills included. Having two serial numbers on one bill is worth the big bucks.
