I found them at a local auction house... Didn't bought them, the asking price for all four of the items are around US 25 $, what do you think?.. I have absolutely no idea about American paper money, and I think I am asking the right people!.. thanks

These are bond notes that were cut from a large sheet. The large sheets, when uncut and these smaller notes remain intact, are suitable for framing. To my experience, these are fairly common. The original sheets are often cut-up, so that these small notes can be sold for a profit in antique shops. The small notes such as you have illustrated tend to retail in the $5-$6 range. If mounted, they do make a nice gift for the collector of Civil War memorabilia. You can easily find out more about these in one of the books on Confederate currency; better varieties, etc.
