Has anyone seen one in circulation?

I've acquired a few, via rolls and singles purchases. None of the banks I frequent have seen any rolls appear.

My wife received 2 rolls over the course of a week of Hot Springs P quarters in her daily change order from a local bank.

I spent a $10 roll of 2010-D Hot Springs Quarters at a car show last weekend.

How long those 40 Quarters will stay in circulation is anyone's guess!

Probably not long. Do not be surprised to see somebody from Denver selling them on ebay this week.

Of course, if I'd bought food with them at a coin show....

At least at the car show, I have the hope that some of the recipients
will actually spend the Hot Springs Quarters that they got in change!

I expect that they will stay in circulation for about the same time
as if I had spent a roll of 1964-D Quarters....
(or maybe less!)

Update: I got a BU Hot Springs-D in my change today at lunch.
I suspect that it could be one of those 40 Quarters that I spent!
(if so, it migrated ten miles to a Chinese restaurant to get back to me!)

I found a hot springs P mint yesterday at work! First one I have seen, it was still in good shape. I actually like the design, I think this series may end up having some better designs than the State Quarters

While I don't think these qualify as "rare", in the sense that they are worth significantly more than face value, there were not many made. Northern Mariana Islands had 72.8 million made, and it was the rarest of the territory quarters. The states generally had 400 million + and some were over a billion. I plan to collect the park quarters from circulation, but I expect it may take a while to get these early ones.
