Sharktoy, if you have a proof then the the holder it came in is square so line up 2006 to be parallel and flip the coin over.
If you have an unc, then it is a different coin but you can still check. Use an airtight or some holder that dosen't allow the coin to move.
I then used the container the coin came in and found dead center and marked it on both sides (put clear tape down first)
Then I centered a protractor and lined up 2006 to be parallel with zero degrees and taped in place so it woundn't move. I then flipped the coin over and put a staight edge dead center and made it parallel with EPU and IGWT and looked at the amount of rotation. I just measured a 4th time and came up with 8 degrees so my average is 7.5 degreees of rotation.
If only it was 15 plus degrees, but I don't think there will be any so I'm happy with 7.5.
