I think I need a heart transplant - this can't be happening. Did I just find a 99 CLAM, are you kidding me, is this a dream, someone please pinch me. I have got to be the luckiest guy I know, this can't be real. 2 years in a row buying right from the mint and getting both CLAM's. What are the odds of that? I am afraid to go look at my 2000 - it might kill me. The lucky streak ended - no 2000 clam and no lottery or lotto winnings but the ride was great while it lasted.
My plan now is to have them slabbed and sell them as a set - just wish I could put them on this site to sell but not enough posts. I leave for Alaska in just over a week so it will be mid Sept. before they are on the market.
The way my life had been going the last six months - I really needed to find some treasure.

Maybe the Close AM proofs may be more plentiful than originally thought? The only sure Close AM proof is the 1993-S Proof Cent. Business strikes/proofs were all Close AM's |

Had my son pull his 98 proof set he got for Christmas last night...no go for him. It would make him feel better if you sent it his way though...he said so really he did. ;)
