Another flea market find for $4 Bucks.Is this an Offcenter Strike with a second Strike? And how would I lable my flip?

That's a nice find. I think it would be an xx% off center & double struck. But I'm no pro.

It is indented on the obverse and perfectly flat on the reverse, correct? If so, then that is an indent strike and not a second strike. An indent strike occurs when two planchets are overlapped when struck. The area of overlap(indent) will not have any design and the other coin would have a small portion of obverse image. You have a double error coin

Thanks for the info biokemist.I was wondering why there was no design in that area.Heres another one from the flea market.I can properly lable it as an indent strike now
