I would venture an XF with psychadellic toning.

Heh - it's an interesting coin. Under low light, it looks chocolate brown. When you tilt it, and get good light bouncing off, the coloring bounces off of the obverse and reverse.

Is toning like this generally considered a positive or not? I know rainbow = good, but this one is chocolate unless under the right light.

In fact, the toning is more brown than the obverse shows. I took the picture with a flash. Do I need to have a backlight, and no flash in order to get more accurate coloring in my pictures?

What shows that it had an old cleaning? Was it the discolored area just to the left of the face on the obverse? Or the areas that arent toned on the reverse? Still trying to learn as much as I can about cleaning and what everyones signs are.

I'm going with EF40 (for once, I disagree with Echizento!)

I see wear on all high features of the obverse and the eagle breast on the reverse. Those with some small rim dings on both sides (1, 2, 3 and 5 o'clock on obverse, 2 and 2:30 o'clock on reverse) bring it to an EF coin for me.

But let's all remember! All CCs Morgans RULE!
