I was going through my bills today and I found this one I have had for several years and completely forgot about. It is in excellent condition and I was wondering if there is much value in an overprint error of this type?

Welcome to the forum Nickelman.

Yes there is a premium to these notes and for notes graded the prices are as follows for minor to moderate. F - $25 to $50, XF - $50 to $100 and CU $100 to $200. Your note is going more towards moderate because the "12" is affecting all the KEY areas and has great eye appeal.

Below is my minor misalignment and is a AU note. Also there is another message with moderate over prints and am attaching the link.

Thanks for the reply :)

I almost didn't take this note out of circulation when I first saw it because there is so much variation in the location of the green seal on currency. For example I have a $1 dollar star note that has the green seal down just below the "ONE". I don't kid myself into thinking it would be considered valuable since nothing actually looks too out of place. I save it just because it is a dollar I haven't spent yet.
