I found this in my closet too. Is it worth anything? Are these common? I think it came in a box I got from my grandmother's and fell out.

Mintage 5 million, so not "scarce" by any definition. Krause gives a value $1.50 in Fine, $3.00 in EF, $26 and up for Unc grades. Being the last year of issue for King Edward VII, they were more likely to be "kept" in higher grades.

Are you sure it's a large cent? The last ones were minted in 1920.
