Thad...are you implying that I cleaned the coin?

(kidding of course)

Yeah, it's one I "found" in the batch I bought from sublime118.

Through the loupe I can't see any scratches or rubs that would detect some sort of cleaning, but I am surprised at the amount of luster on it.

I'd guess EF45. Looks like it could use a bit of lubrication.
