Not much I can say.
Farthing was the first copper coin (in 1821) minted at a new facility of Tower Hill (1/2d and 1d didn't come out till 1825, the priority was given to silver and gold).
It was designed by Pistrucci, the effigy caused the king so much displeasure. He also put Britannia facing the opposite way (which W. Wyon continued later).
In 1822 (as well as 1825) there are varieties of leaves on the obverse.

Yes, for varieties we have not only leaf ribs incuse and leaf ribs raised, but also "inv. A's legend" (I think that's when the A will look like an upside down V - no crosshatch to make an A). The rare one is the last one. I'm not too great at grading these - maybe about Fine?

About grading, as much as I am concerned, the bust seems a solid Fine (english grading) and britannia side seems about Fine (greenish part plus the rim knock..) it is still a worthy coin to keep, pre-180 farthings usually come in very very roadkill conditions.

A nice coin I'm missing this one and 1830 from the George IV Laureate Head.
