I have registered on this forum hoping somebody can identify this coin for me. It appears to be asian and has the numbers 1919 printed on the front, sorry for the bad image quality.
Well I thought the figure looked like Chou En-Lai and he did participate in the May Fourth Movement in 1919, a rebellion that led to the formation of the Chinese Communist Party. Maybe a medallion struck in his honour after his death? Sorry this is only speculation.
It is a medal. On the first pic it says Nankai University, and the date is its establishment. On the obverse, I suppose, it does have Zhou Enlai, but can you put another pic with a better focus so I can read what it says?
** By the way, according to Wiki, Nankai is Zhou Enlai's alma mater, so it could be something to do with that.
