Considering how small this coin really is, the mark may not be that bad in hand. G-4 is the right grade though.

I agree with G-6. I think the strong rims carry it up a notch. Nice!

The ding is not that noticeable in hand obviously. We know how digital pics can magnify things. I am always looking for the better date barbers in problem free condition. This one seemed to fit the bill for now.

I too feel G-6 is an overall good grade.

I would give this a G-4+. Personally, I would like to see a little more detail on the wreath for a G-6 but the full rims on both sides give it a plus. Also the ding would keep it a G-4.

I think net G-4 is fair personally, without a problem designation. Jim I think you're right that the strong rims may get it a 6 in terms of detail.
