Ok I have been trying for the last few hours to get good photos and trying to figure out if this a machine or die dbl ,Scooby said everything needs to be doubled to be a dbl die and everything I see is so I will let you all decide I am getting a headache looking at this coin

Your "doubling" is flattened down and takes up part of the normal shape of the corresponding letters - it's Machine Doubling.

Not everything. Just the device in question. It could be just one letter, or number, or an ear lobe, etc.
