Went to a show today acquired 3 more for the 7070 pics not the greatest but they are in the album already...and that is where they are staying. 35.00 for the IHC60.00 for the 3 cent silver 89.00 for the 1/2 dime I think I did ok. I always like cheaper though

They are right on track with what I would like to do with the set. I am trying to keep all the coins XF or higher. both the IHC and the 3 cent look to be XF and the 1/2 dime looks AU (full liberty)

Nice lookin coins! You should start a "7070 album thread", and start photographing them in the album, updating it as you go along! :-)

I agree with johnny, start a progress thread for your 7070 where we can see the whole album!

I had a thread going at one point in time. I think it fell off the grid and got archived. So...I did this for the frequent 7070 fans. Click to see My type set progressI also placed this link in My signature

Mike, I love your sig. I'm the same way. I've been known to make a Jack-of-all-trades look like a pinpoint specialist. My parents must have hated that every week I had some new thing I want to spend a bunch of money on. Lol At least this hobby isn't a $$$ sink hole, like my star wars cards addiction was when I was 14.

OUCH...Star Wars cards from 10 yrs ago...They didn't pan out the way I would have liked. At least I'm a star wars fan and really have no intentons of getting rid of them. I got the original cards when I was a kid. They still have a bit of value. Sadly, the bottom fell out of Star Wars quite a while ago. Unless you have gem packaged goods. The tough part of collecting just about anything (or everything) is now I need to collect bigger spaces to keep it all

nice coins; that silver trime really stands out to me as a nice example. I have a rather worn trime for my small (but growing) type set, so it is nice to see a pretty good example.

Thanks, I wanted to get the 2 cent silver in the best possible condition I could afford. This one has a few blemishes that can't really be seen unless under a loup. I have seen so many of these for right about 30.00 and you could barely see the star. I wanted to be able to see what it was. Some coins need to be high quality. The dealer I did business with gave me the advice of buy the best possible coin you can get your hands on at the price you can afford...makes sense.
