Any guess on the grades and value of these two coins.

I have to say my picture taking ability is not good.

To me the 44 P looks to be MS64 maybe MS65 with what appears to be full steps which is a good thing for this date and mint, might retail around $21. to $28. to be generous if it is FS,
The 45 P looks to be MS61 or MS62 worth maybe $8.00 tops. Maybe a buck or so either way.
