Need help with grading and valuation.Tiny silver coin bought as a part of the lot.I have nothing to compare the wear.Medium rarity(I suppose )

Krause (37th Edition) has:

Lebanon 10 piastres 1929 silver Mintage 880,000 Value F $3; VF $7; XF $25; Unc $70.

Sorry can't help with the grading, don't know if it would even come up to Fine.

I'd grade it good. Those cornucopia should have a lot more detail. Here is a 50 piastre I found for comparison:
