It might be worth anything from around $20 up. The image is way too small to tell anything else.

Its probably worth less now that the reverse side is filled with fingerprints.

From the color of the coin, it looks like it may be circulated, so don't worry about the fingerprints too much... what's done is done... But I'm not sure from the pic
