Has the surfaces of a 66 coin but the reverse spots would make me call MS65BN.

Very pretty coin. I'd guess MS65BN and would submit it to find out for sure. The highest grade PCGS has ever assigned to '39-D Lincoln in BN was a single piece at 66 and only 3 have ever graded 65. There would be some rarity value even at 65BN.
