Doesn't really look like an obvious OMM or RPM; I lean towards calling it VAM-14:

Although there are no pics, the listing describes it as having filled loops in the mint mark. Given a little circulation wear such as your coin shows, I'm thinking that what filled loops would look like.

Hey Dave, do you have the big book? Vamworld doesn't show the mint mark, the book does. Doesn't appear to be as high as this one. Do you think the wear on this coin could spread the MM that much? Date on this coin appears slanted to me. S/S doesn't appear likely. S/D can't be since Denver didn't produce any Morgans until 1921. Still plenty of room for new Vams, since the 90s didn't produce many Hot 50s or top 100s and they are not scrutinized as much as other years.

I think MorgansRmine has it right. its a year where theres not much going on...so nobodys really paid any attention to it......the high S with the polishing lines/gouges in the bow would ordinarily positively ID this VAM,,,,,but due to the lack of pictures(interest) its a tuff call weather its leaning left, or looks high and centered, with the lack of info on the MM alone, I would double check very closely at the date for doubling of some sort, it may help. I thought possibly VAM 6 or VAM 13....but VAM 14 I would consider too....I think the date may have the clue......the pictures don't.....
