I am hoping it is a FR02 1921D, but I don't know if the date is in good enough shape to qualify, but I figured I would give it a shot at $1.30. Any opinions?

I don't think it looks like a 1921, but I would like to see what the experts think...

imo that is not a 1921. The last "1" should be more parallel to the first "1". It may be a 1924 or 1926.

I would say either a 26 or 28.

Sorry, this is as good as I can do, picture-wise... (It does look a bit like a 1... Note the 6 on the 1926 Merc goes quite aways over to the right on top of the numeral)

I am thinking it is a 6 based on Moes photo.

I would also say 1926 but it is difficult to say for certain.
