Thinking Of Purchasing This 09sVDB Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC ...thoughts?

Although, to my eye at least, it passed all the diagnostics that I know of, I am still somewhat uneasy buying this release un-graded. What do you guys think? I know the pictures aren't the best, but based on what you see, what is your opinion as to the authenticity? How about grade? What would you pay for it? The seller is willing to offer a 90 day no question money back guarantee to me. He said if it comes back from a TPG as non-genuine, he'd refund my money without question...thoughts? Thanks for your help / opinions! Hard to tell without a closeup of the mintmark. Since he is confident it is genuine, and you are a bit uneasy purchasing raw; I think a better idea is to tell him to send it in for certification on your dollar and tell him that you will buy it if it comes back genuine. Greysheet ask in AU50 is $1375. Looks to be in the 50/53 range.
