Jumping on the MS-63 bandwagon. If the lighting were from the right side, the rubs on her cheek would appear nearly as drastic (speaking from experience here). LED lighting seems to make rub marks look worse than they actually are.

MS61 no higher than 62. Too many facial bag marks. Areas on the cheek, neckline, and forehead really cost you in the grading process if they are marked up. My $.02. Thanks for posting - great coin, great date. Dcreek1968
