I'm going to say AU-58, some wear on the breat feathers, and on the hair.

That is a pretty crummy photo. Looks like you took the photo in a dark room with camera in one hand and a flashlight in the other. I think it would be hard for anyone to venture a guess as to grade. Is it made of copper? Aren't these things supposed to be made of silver, or was this a pattern that George T. had sent to Henry R. with a futuristic date and mm for approval? (Hey Gene)

I have to agree that the photo is not that good.

I have a feeling that the flat on the hair is not wear ..

It does have some bag marks/dings in both obverse and reverse focal areas.

Is it in a slab?

I will go out on a limb here and go MS-62

I'll go with an AU-53. The breast shows some wear as do the toe knuckles.
