I would grade this one MS64 with near full steps ( even though there are about 5 1/4 steps ) The tiny cuts and nicks take it down a notch. On a good day you might get MS65 out of it but it is a pretty nickel.
The 1944 P is not a difficult War Nickel issue to find well struck with good eye appeal.

I'd say MS-64, but not Full Steps because of the nicks on them... But I do tend to grade VERY conservatively...

I'd give it the full 65, or at least a very strong 64. Very nice fields, with only slight nicks on the cheek, hair, and steps.
