Do we have any graphic artists here? I used to frequent a poker chip board that had a strong population of very good chip designers and people would post their chip mock-ups for critique, discussion, etc. What about coin designers? Do we have any? I love to look at proposed designs, but there never are very many (that I can find.)

I would love to see, discuss, comment on, etc. coin mock-ups. I have no talent in this area, nor the software. But I hope some of you do.

i work with an artist who was recently invited to participate in the Mint's coin design program.. it's very interesting to hear all the requirements , rules, and features they ask for - the first thing they wanted was a design for a coin that has already been minted - I'm wondering exactly why that is.. if they like his design, he will be asked to design another coin, that possibly would be used at a later date

pretty neat hearing him talk about it, can't wait to see his design - and when it's done, if he allows me to, I will post either pictures here, or a link to them
