I had heard that these Lincolns were not going to be distributed in rolls but rather, they were going to just mix them in to circulating cents. Is this true? Has anyone seen a bank roll of 2010s? I have been getting boxes from the bank and have been pulling them out that way.
Other question is this. Is anyone else hoarding 2010 lincolns and all 2009 variations? I thought that until I find some solid mintage numbers, that I might save theses. Even as difficult as they are to find.

Have you been getting boxes that are pure 2010'S or older rolls mixed in?

I order the boxes from my local Wells Fargo. They arrive to the bank in sealed boxes for $25. I don't open them until I get home. The 2010's I'm getting are mixed within the rolls.

Here in Eastern NC I have not seen any 2010's as for the 09's I am passing up on those because I managed to score a few boxes of each at the banks last year and traded P for D with some folks here on the forum so I am set with those. Hope to see BU rolls of 10's soon though.

I had almost a full box of 2010P rolls and unloaded most of them on ebay. Of course, I happened to get them at the release ceremony in Springfield, IL so one would expect new date rolls Quote: I thought that until I find some solid mintage numbers, that I might save these ask and you shall receive- LP1 P- 284.4m LP1 D- 350.4m LP2 P- 376.0m LP2 D- 363.6m LP3 P- 316.0m LP3 D- 336.0m LP4 P- 129.6m LP4 D- 198.0m

Quote: I had heard that these Lincolns were not going to be distributed in rolls but rather, they were going to just mix them in to circulating cents. Some folks will/can get the bank rolls where they are all 2010 Shield Cents, and were able to do the same with the 2009 designs, they certainly showed up on ebay and here, but most will get them "mixed" like you and I are. The mint is selling "2010 P & D Two Roll Sets" of these for $8.95 plus shipping. They also sold them for each of the 2009 designs, but they're sold out now....(or "discontinued") So you could get them there, but must pay the premium instead of "face". The P&D rolls are wrapped in Official US Mint paper....which is what you're paying for basically, the paper. (though it "IS" hard to find " both" mints in BU for most people....whether you're getting bank rolls or not!.....so for many people....this is the only way to get "both" mints in BU.) The LP1 (or first design-log cabin-) Two Roll Sets were not made in sufficient numbers and sold out pretty quick...so as far as a "Set"....they have the lowest number by far, produced, but not individual coin design mintage numbers, of course.....some people will make this "seperation"....some won't and do not care about the "Official wrapped rolls)........just an F.Y.I. But anyway......as I said....for some people, it's just a way to get both mints secured for their collection. Here's the page where the 2010 P & D Two Roll Sets are offered on the Mints website.http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...tegory=10156

Quote: Has anyone seen a bank roll of 2010s? Yes, got a whole box of them couple weeks ago. Denver mint mark. I don't think the Fed would go to the trouble to mix them with circulated coins. If you find them mixed in, it is because they've already made a round trip through Brinks (or whoever supplies the bank). I haven't lost hope on seeing 2010 dimes or nickels yet.

We have received numerous rolls of solid 2010-D Shield Zincolns in West Texas.

Last year I found LP1 LP2 LP3 rolls from the bank. But no LP4 or 2010 rolls yet.

I have not searched or otherwise acquired rolls in many years now. However, I can say that I have not seen the LP4 or the 2010 cents in circulation yet. For some reason, the LP1 through LP3 are actually more common here than the 2008 cents.

Those of your finding rolls of 09 and 10, damm you! Just kidding. I'm starving here in Spokane. I do order boxes from the mint but they are mixed and I mean really mixed. Like I may get 2 or 3 in a roll. Bummer. I'm sticking with it though. I am hoping for a mint announcement that the 2010 Lincolns will be done. Until then, I will keep hunting unless I find they are saturated throughout the US.

I've only been through a few boxes here in PA and am surprised how scarce the 2009-10 still are. Per box maybe three or four 2009-10 total, all P of course. Have only seen maybe a half a dozen in change. Sure look to be trickling them into circulation from here. I'd be happy to find a full roll of any of them in a box, at least for now.
