Hello everyone! While looking through my silver hoard yesterday I found this 1964-D JfK Half and it looks to me like it might be a Double Die on the Obverse "WE TRUST". Now I have been looking for a double die for many years now without success. Did I finally find a double die?
If this is a double die can anyone check their Cherry Pickers Guide to see the Rarity and value?

Does this coin actually carry a premium over face? Even though it is in circulated condition?
Is this DDO rare?

Wow, even in the close ups, it's hard to tell, but I do see separation especially on the "U" and last T, but in some angles the last T looks normal

It is kind of hard to tell but the doubling is more visible on the "We" and on the "U" in trust.
Does anyone have more info?
can someone please check their Cherry Pickers Guide to see if it is in there?

looks like FS-50-1964D-108

URS-4(5 to 8 known).....

but--
realize that is meaningless, since they list an MS-63 (regular) at $4 and this at ...
start the drum roll, @
$25 (in MS-63).

so, scarcity is not (in this instance) related to value.

Minor DDO.

Appears to be little interest, I preferred it when they listed the Interest Level.

The key for any DDO or variety to gain popularity is to be listed in the Red Book. Look at 16/16 and 37D 3 legger Buffalo nickels. If not listed in Red Book, not enough people know about it for it to garner much interest.
