Agreed .... All those are wonderful coins and we are glad to have you here with us contributing to this great forum. That 38-D Buffalo is not a part of my Jefferson Top-10 .... but a great looking coin. For sure your 43-D and 50-D Jefferson are tough to find .... Thanks for sharing. to the forum. David

Thanks. These coins haven't had eyes on them for 30 years.
The notations and pricing on the envelopes are original. I'm glad I can contribute.
Thx for the warm welcome.

What's wrong with that first jefferson? It has nice luster, but what could have happened to the die to contort his face in such a manner? Really nice coins, especially the 50-D.

Well, what is wrong is that the first coin is a Buff.

"Buff" isn't in the PCGS glossary and I'm a novice, so what do it mean? (I read the Webster's meaning...does it mean polished or color?)

You have three nickels. One Buffalo (actually a Bison and also known as an Indian Head) and two Jefferson nickels. I am going to fix the subject line to include this. By the way, all three are very nice!
