All I can say is wow, Wow, WOW!! One more purtier than the next!
Jim, I really like that 1798 LC of yours - that's the date I was originally going to put into the 7070 but the 1800 was too good a deal to pass up - but - maybe some day. I like the idea of having an 18th Century coin - although technically, I guess 1800 is still the 18th Century. Not quite the same though...

Thanks. Yeah, definitely an uneven strike on this one. ANACS graded it VF-20, though I believe it is technically a much higher grade.

These picture threads are awesome  . You guys have some fantastic specimens!  The only large cent I have is an 1827 in good condition. I cherish it because my grandfather gave it to me over 35 years ago.
