Please if anyone can help to ID this coin.
It's Belgium 5 frank 1939 variety, but that exactly?
Here I'm confused is it 117.2 or 116.2?. I saw similar topic in the Forum:

You have got a coin with the Flemish legend, so it is KM#116
Flemish legend starts either with BELGIE followed by BELGIQUE or contains only the Flemish word for Belgium, which is, you have guessed right BELGIE.

Maudry has this one wrong, it is KM 117.2 KM 116.2 starts with the French Belgique. It seems odd since the value is so low, but with that crude milled edge I would have thought it was counterfeit.

Yes, true, you are right! 117 was in fact what I was thinking.
I think that coins has just suffered a lot during its former life as payment token. There are lots of graffitis on it too.

Agreed- it is a KM 117 type 2- Flemish legend (Belgie at left, Belgique at right) Belgie=Belgium in Flemish, similar to Dutch; Belgique= Belgium in French.(Type 116 would have the Belgique at Left, and the Belgie at right)
The rim shows the star, which makes it a type 2, as type 1 has a crown in the edge inscription, and type 3 is missing the inscription.
Position A has the obverse (shield, head, initial) down and the value up, with the edge inscription upright, and Position B has the obverse (shield, head, initial) up and the value down with the edge inscription up.
