The amount of the "TURN" is the key. For regular FRN's the turn has to be more than say 20 to 30% (my 2 cents).
As per price it depends on condition and I have seen regular ($1) CU's go for $15 and on up depended upon the "turn". The issue with the $1's as an example is sometimes you can have 10 to 100's of them run in sequential order and consequently knocking the price down.
But, $2's and stars due to their "small runs" even the slightest turns and minor errors will be sought after by those collecting errors. The $2 which is VF "may" fetch $50+ and the AU with the slightest turn may be just be worth $25 to someone. That's what I have seen so far.
