I didn't talk to Mr.Moy, but I saw him talking with people in Springfield last yr. He seemd receptive.

Yes, Director Moy was talking to individuals in the crowd at both Springfield ceremonies. He also held a public Q&A forum in Springfield the night before the release of the 2010 Lincolns, it was too far for me to drive twice in two days though
