I love how he calls the 1923-s high grade, and the 1916-d a "full date". joke? 100% authenticity guaranteed. really? more like wishful thinking. neither coin is identifiable imho...

and check out his "1918/7-s" Standing quarter. It actually does have a readable date, but I'm not seeing any trace of an overdate...

How can you see anything to even determine they have been altered? Are you supposed to take the flips word for it? I would think you would want to really showcase a coin like this if it were legit.

Reminded of this that I started to post a couple of days ago, but didn't:

The D is not correct and is too low. Also, with the 23-S, the wear should make the date completely worn away. The other two I'm just pretty much guessing I trust Brian's assessment and the bad pics, and if the 23-S is not legit, the others shouldn't be too.

I'm not doubting any of you, I'm harping on the size of the pics. If those were my coins and legit, I would be proud and proving it.

Nice work guys! Yeah, the first two are unidentifiable. I suppose they could be a 23-s and 16-d, but it's going to take a lot of imagination. The last one is clearly not the overdate, though it was a nice 18-s. I had originally emailed the seller in regards to the 23-s, and he said he could make out the date! Yeah, right...no pre-25 in FR02 condition will have any resemblence of a date..lol.
