I'm no Morgan or Peace dollar expert, but the consigner described the coins in this auction as "UNC". I don't think so.

Both lots are in a bag? I'm sure that if someone found a counterfeit coin and reported it to RJ's, they'd pull the lot; I've seen them pull items of questionable authenticity before.
And in the same auction:

Get yer funny money while they last! At least they described them as "One lot of (8) Reproduction Chinese Provincial silver coins"

The consigner is mistaken. All those coins look circulated. The 1896-O is a better date, the others all look like common-dates to me.

Can't say a word about the Chinese coins.......

You guys are missin' the big picture...

It all depends on your definition of "Uncirculated"!

Steve

"Is this uncirculated?"
"Well, I didn't circulate it."

I wouldn't touch this stuff with your money! Even the gray patina gives me pause. It reminds me of what a Morgan or Peace dollar looked like after being baked in a birthday cake. Which ruined a lot coins in the Midwest in the 40s and 50s.

Those are all scans, carmykle - it's as they would be expected to look when you put circulated coinage into a scanner. Had they been uncirculated, or photographs, the advice would be to run away fast.
