The missus empties her hand bag for me every couple of weeks,it must be like a work out carrying all that weight around, and thats just the change.Anyway,I sometimes get lucky and score a double bar,or a 2 buck rim Cud,but this week I spotted this lil fella,

It's a great error coin. I have 3 of them, took about 10 yrs to find them. There are many other 1999 with similar errors of different sizes in the same place, but this is the 'fat' one. Very Nice!

I don't see the error here, either. As for the blob, there appears to be a similar one at about 5:30 so I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

Looks interesting... and youve got me interested...
I also don't know what error is in there..?

perhaps a pic of a no-error coin and we can turn this into a
"spot-the-difference" by comparison?

The "blob" at 5:30 is the end of a tail feather, so it belongs there. On the other hand the one at 3 o'clock is completely foreign.

The lyrebird is an Australian bush bird, and that's a genuine leaf stuck in his feathers. That's a genuine leaf, not a fake!
