Interesting one also. Looks like the O in One from the rev.
is showing but pushed furthur away from the rim. Also the doubling
effect on the column.

That one looks like one that got away, before they could stop the press!

I am sure they wouldn't put a die pair like that , back into operation, without doing some polishing, first.

They get through for a while till they stop the machine to correct the issue. But a lot of coins can go through there is seconds.
