Hello! Found this one roll searching. It is missing the "S" on the Initials. To me, it does not look tampered with but you guys are the experts. Hope to read all of your comments. Hope the pictures are good enough for you all.

I would have thought a grease clot in the S was more likely

Yea, that's what I was thinking. didnt look like there were any tooling marks.

There does appear to be a nice rectangle around where the S should be. If it hasn't been messed with then it is most likely a filled die. In either case it is worth the silver value.
