I ordered ATB roll set, and proof set, and silver proof set for 2010, tracking shows shipped on 6/15, called mint and they said nothing was shipped, that all I have is a subscription for next year, but the hit my bank account for 180 bucks! Called back and they said I won't pay for them till next year when shpped and that they didn't charge me $180; going to send copy of my bank statement to attempt refund of shippped/not shipped; charged/but not charged. go figure!

Stay on them. You may not feel like you're getting any progress but keep after them! I went through a similar problem with the UHRGC. It was like:

It was BO'd and BO'd and when they finally shipped it I was on vacation. Delivery was attempted 6 times with two different coins. They billed my CC three times by time I actually received the coin. It took 60 days for me to get reimbursed for the two returned coins.

Whoa nellie, you are pulling the reins the wrong way. Just like you all with delay problems, last year I went berserk waiting for my coins.....while in the subscription program. So this year, I did a double down effort. Left myself in the subscription loop, but on the First day of availability I ordered from the call center. This year I have received all my product in the First week of shipping by the mint. Then I went and cancelled the subscription for the product I had ordered, to eliminate duplication. To make certain they did not send again, I killed the credit card number I reserved the items with, having the VISA folks send a shiny new card with a different number linked to my account. They cannot ship without the credit card data number, and they supposedly verify the date of shipping. OOPS. Now I learn they are lining their production till coffers with bogus charges for product never sent. Boy don't I feel lucky.

Received a notification this time that my Proof Sets have been shipped. I did not receive this for the regular Mint Sets. They should be here either today or tomorrow. That could be a full two days ahead of schedule. We shall see.

Doh! I almost let that happen to myself. I was setup to get rolls of Kennedy halves and I almost forgot about them.

If you get a phone call saying they are out of something and would you like "this" instead or o cancel, hold your ground. They pulled that on me with the Boy Scout Commem as it was selling out. I said no, I'll just wait. Three days later they showed up.
