Been roll hunting for a few years. All I can say is, buy the rolls regardless. Yes, you may get a few dumps, but you may get some solid rolls too. I take at least $500 when I'm hunting radomnly, and also hit banks I don't have accounts at. The hard part is dumping. I've never hit any banks in your area.
