Poll Question
In conclusion to the roll hunting poll, I wondered how many would search for each denomination.
This would be with $1000 to search with.

I'd definitely go for the halves. But tbh I regularly order boxes of everything except dollars.

I voted for the halves. Heck, you gave me $1000...I'm gonna use it to my best advantage.
In reality, I search about 4 boxes of cents per week, and I'll toss in a box of nickels every now and then.

I would do what I do now plus lol
100 nickels
100 pennies
250 dimes
500 halves
50 dollars in pocket in case the bank had any loose halves
:)
if not more pennies

I roll search pennies and half dollars. I would take the halves if the bank had them available (not very often) and then follow up with boxes of pennies. This is assuming I actually have some time to spare.... Sincerely, John Leckrone

I usually do pennies, nickels, dimes, halves (okay, so a bit of everything  ) but I think that if you look, you can find little gems in nearly any type of roll. Perhaps the worst thing you can do is not to look! |

I usually do cents and nickels...but if you gave me a thousand dollars I think I would go to lunch too!
