I found this coin while searching a roll of Kennedy half dollars---I have no idea how it got there, but here it is--

Could someone tell me more about it? What metal is it minted---nickel? It is not magnetic---

Is this a collectable coin? Any idea of value?

I know nothing about non-US coins---thanks!

Copper-nickel; I believe it's the wide-date variety. With that rim ding, I'd value it at less than a dollar. Almost 103 million pesos of that date were minted, so I would not call it a "collectible".
