I am not certain whether this 1945 S is a micro S coin or if it just has a normal S. Which do you think? Thanks!

the distance from the top to the branch, and then the distance from the bottom to the rim, it looks like a micro S to me... but I have a hard time telling without having one of each side by side- hopefully someone else can give you a definite answer

Here's all the S varieties for the 1945. The one with the serif is the micro S. All MM were hand punched during these period, so position alter at different locations.

The trumpet tail is the rarer variety but hasn't catch on, hard to tell the difference between the knob tail S and trumpet tail, but these pics should explain it all. Try and find a trumpet tail one, I have found one of these so far and its only in F-VF condition.

The last image is the super rare S over horizontal S.
