Came across this looking through a desk drawer. No idea what it is; my guess is 1700's, and that is the only Krause book I don't have. Any help?

The Crossed Keys are a big clue, and I'm thinking Papal States. Also It looks to be what is called the Holy Door on one side which might narrow it down to 1750, Holy Year.
Now the problem is that at that time the Papal States were slightly larger than they are now. Pretty much the entire bottom half of Italy in fact, so I'll content myself to guessing that it could be a half baiocco from any one of about twenty states.

The coat of arms of the Papal States (and the modern Vatican City) is always the personal coat of arms of the pope serving at the time, with the triple crown and crossed keys on top. The arms on this particular coin are those of Pope Benedict XIII (1724-1730); See this Wikipedia page and scroll down to Benedict XIII and compare the details with your coin. You can also just see "XIII" to the right of the shield.

Unfortunately, Italian States copper coins pre-1750 are only patchily covered in the Krause catalogues.
