I just recent;y acquired s small collection of world coins. I will be looking to move them out shortly. (empty holes in the 7070 need filling)
I was wondering which publication in the best for fair market value
I have the world coin catalog 1900-present...present being 3 years ago
I picked up the catalogs for identification purposes, knowing full well that the prices were most likely way off from today's prices.
(that and the CD's included of the books are great)

I would think that common coins will remain just that and the book you have for the moment will allow you to at least identify the coins woth a second look.

or, if you use the catalog to get info, and KM #'s, you can sign up on Numismaster for $13 for one month. If you have a large enough amount of better coins, I would think about it (and there have been a few large jumps in price around the world, notably to me higher grade pre-Elizabeth former colony countries)
