I just picked up a Red Book and don't find this in it. Any idea of a value?

Thanks,
Darryl

You will not find it is the RedBook because it is not a coin or a medal produced by the US Mint. I believe this medal was minted by Medallic Art Company, they have been a prolific producer of medals over the years and many of them are quite nice. If it was, you will find their mark under one of the rocks next to the date. Comparables on ebay are selling at $7-10.

Yes, it is from the Medallic Art Company - they made them for each of the National Parks. I have a collection of about 25 of them from all the Parks I've visited. They're nice & fun, but not valuable.
